About the role

The Senior Officer will lead agroforestry training initiatives for smallholder farmers in Ethiopia as part of One Acre Fund’s TREE program.

Key responsibilities

Provide agroforestry training to farmers.
Support community‑based seed multiplication.
Collaborate with local actors to increase farmer incomes and resilience.

Required profile

Senior‑level experience in agricultural training.
Familiarity with agroforestry practices.
