Appointment Setter – Remote Phone Sales

About the role

We are an established marketing agency expanding our in‑house calling team. As an Appointment Setter you will contact hot leads who have recently opted in and secure appointments on behalf of a variety of clients across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Dial 100‑150 hot leads each day, build rapport quickly and book them onto client calendars.
• Maintain a consistent shift schedule and adhere to assigned days and times.
• Use the GoHighLevel platform to manage leads and appointments.
• Ensure accurate record‑keeping of calls and booked meetings.

Required profile

• Proven phone‑calling or sales experience.
• Fluent English – reading, writing and speaking.
• Dual‑screen computer setup with reliable internet (minimum 20 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
• Strong energy, ability to build rapport fast and dependable work ethic.
• Comfortable learning new software quickly.

Required skills

• GoHighLevel (GHL) – ability to learn and navigate the platform.

What we offer

• $5 per hour base pay plus commission, with typical earnings of $800‑$1,100 per month.
• Permanent shift assignment with consistent weekly schedule.
• Remote work environment.
