About the role
East Africa Bottling Share Company – Ethiopia is seeking an Area Sales Manager – Key Account to drive volume and revenue growth across its assigned territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the role will lead a sales team, develop market strategies and ensure excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sustainable volume and revenue targets.
- Lead, coach and motivate a high‑performance sales team.
- Manage key customer relationships and expand market presence.
- Oversee Route‑to‑Market execution and optimise utilisation of sales resources.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to align strategies with company objectives.
Required profile
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and manage a sales team.
- Strong focus on achieving volume and revenue growth.
- Experience in market development and customer relationship management.
- Commitment to delivering superior customer service.
