Associate Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Business Development Manager to support our Business Development Manager in executing the company’s growth strategy. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and managing tenders within technology, fintech, digital services, and marketing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
• Develop lead‑generation strategies and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring accurate CRM records.
• Monitor tender portals, coordinate bid preparation, and manage submission deadlines.
• Develop strategic partnerships with technology providers, financial institutions, and government agencies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, finance, and delivery teams to tailor client solutions.
• Produce weekly and monthly sales reports, track KPIs, and forecast revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Information Systems or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management or partnerships.
• Proven experience managing tenders, RFPs, RFQs and proposal development.
• Background in technology, fintech, digital transformation, software or marketing industries.
