About the role
The Branch Business Relationship Manager – IFB will lead business development activities for the Chancho branch, focusing on retail and MSME customers. You will be responsible for growing deposits and loans while promoting the bank’s full suite of products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organise, lead and control business development initiatives within the branch team.
- Attract, deepen and manage financial relationships to achieve deposit and loan growth targets.
- Drive business growth in the Retail & MSME market segment.
- Promote and sell additional bank products and services to existing customers.
- Maintain compliance with credit, risk and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- BA degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum six (6) years of relevant banking experience, preferably in Retail & MSME banking.
- Strong understanding of credit, risk management and compliance.
- Proven negotiation, networking and senior‑level influencing abilities.
- Project management and leadership competencies.
