About the role
Success Microfinance Institution S.C., a licensed micro‑finance company operating under the National Bank of Ethiopia, is seeking 20 cashiers (Junior CSO) for a permanent, full‑time role in Addis Ababa. The institution provides tailored financial and non‑financial services to the active poor and the missing middle‑income population, with a strong focus on economic development, poverty alleviation and inclusive growth. The successful candidate will join a team working toward the vision of becoming an inclusive and sustainable vehicle for poverty reduction in Ethiopia and East Africa by 2040.
Required profile
- Education: MA/BA/College Diploma Level IV in Accounting, Finance, Management or related fields.
- Experience: No prior experience required (0 years) as Junior CSO.
