Branch Business Relationship Manager – MSME (North Addis District)

About the role

The Branch Business Relationship Manager – MSME will lead business development for the bank’s retail and MSME segment within the North Addis District. The role focuses on attracting, deepening and managing financial relationships to achieve deposit and loan growth targets while promoting the bank’s full product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and control business development activities for the branch team in the assigned region.
• Drive deposit and loan growth by acquiring new MSME customers and deepening existing relationships.
• Promote and cross‑sell the bank’s products and services to retail and MSME clients.
• Ensure compliance with credit, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach and motivate the branch team to meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align business priorities and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• BA degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience in retail or MSME banking.
• Proven track record in sales, negotiation and customer relationship management.
• Strong understanding of credit, risk management and compliance.
• Leadership ability to coach and develop team members.
