Branch Manager (Grade C) – Banking

About the role

Hibret Bank is looking for a dedicated Branch Manager (Grade C) to lead its Burayu branch. This permanent, onsite position involves overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all branch activities, including customer service, sales, and cash handling.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and increase market share.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate branch staff to maintain high performance and morale.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and manage budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Grade D Branch Manager or equivalent, or 9 years of relevant banking experience.
• Strong understanding of banking products, operations, and regulatory environment.
• Proven leadership and decision‑making abilities.
