About the role

The Bank is seeking a Branch Manager II to lead its branches located in the East, West, South and North districts of Addis Ababa. The position is based onsite and involves overseeing branch performance and ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

Specific responsibilities will be defined by the bank and communicated to the selected candidate.

Required profile

Minimum of a MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics or related fields from a recognized institution.
At least 7 to 9 years of banking experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a Branch Manager I role or an equivalent position.
Ability to work in the designated districts of Addis Ababa.
