About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the operations of our insurance branch, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards. The position is based at either our Addis Ababa or Dire Dawa office.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily insurance operations of the branch.
Manage staff and coordinate senior‑level activities.
Maintain relationships with clients and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

University degree (BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management or a related field.
Minimum six years of experience in insurance operations, including at least three years in a senior role.
