About the role
We are seeking Certified SCORE Expert Trainers to support an upcoming consultancy assignment in Ethiopia. The role involves delivering specialized SCORE training across multiple sectors and ensuring effective implementation at the enterprise level.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver SCORE training and enterprise‑level implementation for client organisations.
- Provide expertise in productivity, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), lean manufacturing, resource efficiency and circularity.
- Support SCORE4Climate initiatives and climate‑responsive OSH programmes.
- Facilitate women’s leadership and capacity‑building training.
- Lead enterprise improvement and worker‑manager improvement teams, including factory improvement and business continuity planning.
- Focus on SCORE‑productivity for agriculture, agro‑processing, coffee and horticulture value chains.
Required profile
- Certified SCORE Expert Trainer (mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience in SCORE training and enterprise‑level implementation.
