Ed Tech Project Coordinator

About the role

The Ed Tech Project Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site position in Ethiopia, responsible for coordinating educational technology projects that support Nu Chika Enabuka’s family‑focused programs and media content. The role ensures that digital learning initiatives align with the organization’s mission and educational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and track project milestones, timelines, resources, and deliverables for ed‑tech initiatives.
• Collaborate with educators, creative teams, and technical vendors to implement tools and platforms.
• Support the integration of ed‑tech solutions into workshops, festivals, and media content.
• Monitor project performance, prepare regular reports and documentation.
• Facilitate communication across cross‑functional teams, identify risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of educational experiences for children and families.

Required profile

• Strong project and program management skills.
• Effective communication and team‑leadership abilities.
• Solid analytical skills for data interpretation and evidence‑based decisions.
• Experience with educational technology tools, learning platforms, or digital content production (highly beneficial).
• Background in education, instructional design, child development, or related fields (preferred).
• Ability to work on‑site in Ethiopia within a multicultural, family‑centered environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard office and project‑management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Project Management, Communications, or a related discipline (advantage).
