Children’s Home Residential Practitioner (Bank Staff)

About the role

Join a purpose‑driven team delivering trauma‑informed residential care for children and young people. As a Residential Practitioner you will provide a safe, stable environment where vulnerable children can rebuild trust, develop confidence and work towards a positive future.

Key responsibilities

• Support children in short‑term, long‑term and step‑down homes, ensuring their daily needs are met.
• Build strong, trusting relationships through empathy, patience and consistent presence.
• Collaborate with in‑house therapeutic clinicians to implement trauma‑informed practices.
• Participate in reflective practice sessions and Advanced Practitioner‑led training.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to multi‑agency meetings as required.
