Cinematographer - Real Estate Video Content

About the role

Nobel Property Solutions, a real estate marketing firm in Addis Ababa, is hiring a Cinematographer for a full-time, on-site role. The Cinematographer plans, shoots and visually crafts high-quality video content showcasing premium properties, marketing campaigns and corporate initiatives, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to turn creative briefs into visual narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Operate cameras and related equipment, set up and adjust lighting, and compose shots.
• Collaborate with directors, editors and other crew members to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Contribute to pre-production planning, including shot lists and technical requirements.
• Support post-production by giving input on color grading and visual continuity.
• Scout locations and design visual narratives aligned with brand objectives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated cinematography and film production skills, with experience on marketing or commercial projects.
• Experience working with creative, marketing and sales teams to turn briefs into visual content.
• Ability to work on-site in Addis Ababa, manage tight timelines and adapt to changing project needs.
• Relevant education or training in film, media production or a related field; a portfolio or showreel is required.
• Strong communication skills and professional conduct with clients and partners; an interest in real estate or property marketing is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in camera operation and video production, including professional camera systems.
• Strong lighting skills for indoor and outdoor shoots.
• Familiarity with post-production workflows, including color grading and basic editing coordination.
