Content Creator (Social Media)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, trend‑savvy Content Creator to join Zewd Creatives, a premium branding, marketing, PR and creative agency based in Addis Ababa. In this full‑time hybrid role you will produce and publish engaging social‑media and digital content that strengthens client brands and drives audience interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
• Plan and manage editorial calendars to ensure consistent publishing.
• Write captions, scripts, headlines and other social copy.
• Capture, edit and optimise photos and videos, including reels and short‑form clips.
• Develop branded video assets and other multimedia pieces.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates and emerging content trends.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists and account managers to align content with campaign goals.
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good understanding of major social‑media platforms and analytics.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
