Customer Care & Communication Training Consultant

About the role

The Nutrition 4 Education and Development (N4ED) organization seeks an experienced consultant to design and deliver a comprehensive Customer Care and Communication training program for staff at Lafto Health Center. The consultant will blend theory and practice to enhance service quality, conflict resolution, and professional communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a detailed curriculum and training manual covering customer service excellence, communication models, emotional intelligence, and professional etiquette.
• Prepare all training materials, role‑play scripts, and service manuals prior to the start date.
• Facilitate six intensive training sessions over a two‑day period, extending to a total of 12 days of instruction and mentorship.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑training assessments to measure competency improvements.
• Issue certificates of completion to participants who meet the assessment criteria.

Required profile

• Certified credentials or an advanced degree in Public Relations, Communications, Hospitality, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience training adult learners, corporate staff, or NGO frontline workers in customer service or communication.
