Customer Service Officer I and Branch Manager I Positions

About the role

Grand Microfinance Institution Share Company is seeking qualified professionals for two key positions: a Customer Service Officer I at its Sebeta branch and a Branch Manager I at its Kolfe branch in Addis Ababa. Both roles are essential to delivering financial and non‑financial services to underserved urban and rural communities.

Key responsibilities

• Customer Service Officer I: handle client inquiries, process loan applications, maintain accurate records, and support day‑to‑day branch operations.
• Branch Manager I: oversee overall branch performance, lead a team of customer service officers, ensure compliance with microfinance regulations, and drive business growth.

Required profile

• Customer Service Officer I: BA or Diploma in Accounting, Business Management, or related field; 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a microfinance institution; fluency in Afan Oromo.
• Branch Manager I: BA in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or related field; minimum 3 years of experience, including at least 1 year as a Branch Manager and 2 years as a Senior Customer Service Officer in a microfinance institution.
