Customer Service Specialist – On‑site in Addis Ababa

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Addis Ababa office. The role involves handling inbound phone inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout each interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Diagnose and resolve issues, providing clear solutions and guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Promote customer loyalty by delivering a consistent, positive experience at every touchpoint.
• Work the scheduled shift from 3 pm to 2 am (U.S. Eastern Time), aligning with our clients’ operating hours.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in customer support or call‑center environments.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to on‑site work in Addis Ababa.
