Customer Support Specialist – Africa & Middle East

About the role

Boeing Global Services is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to serve as a Customer Program Manager for clients across Africa and the Middle East. Based in Addis Ababa, you will act as the primary liaison between Boeing and its customers, ensuring account health and delivering world‑class support.

Key responsibilities

• Create and nurture customer relationships, understanding their culture and business strategies.
• Interact with customers and internal partners via meetings, calls, emails, and other media.
• Maintain account health, advise on order status, changes, and improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop, prepare, and deliver presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve delivery issues, and track material and return requirements.
• Analyze supplier and customer data related to spare parts and provisioning.
• Monitor and share key performance metrics with customers and internal partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in the aerospace industry.
• At least 1 year in a supply‑chain focused role.
• Proven ability to develop and present to executive leadership.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally across multiple organizations.
• Eagerness to learn and grow, with willingness for minimal domestic and international travel.
