Data Coordinator

About the role

The Data Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for collecting, organizing and maintaining operational and business data across departments to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize and maintain operational and business data across departments.
• Support data entry, validation and updates in company databases and systems.
• Monitor data quality, resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support decision‑making.
• Assist in basic data analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with production, finance and management teams to provide timely reliable data.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data for operational decisions.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work on‑site in Debre Birhan and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, information systems, business or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in data coordination, data entry or administrative role in manufacturing or FMCG (advantage).

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or similar tools.
