Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Addis Ababa. The role focuses on building and executing digital strategies that boost brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads and increase sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage the company’s social media presence and create engaging content for platforms, websites and other digital assets.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising on Google, Instagram, LinkedIn and other networks.
• Monitor website performance, SEO metrics, traffic, engagement and conversion rates.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new opportunities.
• Analyse campaign results, produce regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Oversee email marketing initiatives and coordinate customer communications.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Excellent written communication and content‑creation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
