Director, NCAA Ground Transportation Program

About the role

The Ground Transportation Director will lead the NCAA Ground Transportation program, overseeing workflow, technology, and daily operations throughout the year. This senior position requires a passion for sports, transportation, and event management, as well as a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary super‑user and administrator for the program’s technology platform.
• Manage end‑to‑end program progress, ensuring seamless coordination with NCAA officials, internal ground‑transportation teams, and motorcoach vendors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the NCAA and transportation partners.
• Oversee daily operational activities, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in transportation, logistics, or event‑management environments.
