About the role

OLY Technologies is looking for an organized and detail‑oriented Inventory Manager to oversee stock levels, procurement processes, and storage operations across its diverse service areas. The role ensures optimal availability, accurate records, and efficient flow of goods in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock while minimizing excess and obsolete items.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to ensure record accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and trigger timely re‑orders.
• Organize and store goods efficiently to maximize space utilization and preserve inventory integrity.
• Utilize ERP systems to track movements, generate real‑time reports, and update stock records.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure timely and cost‑effective procurement.
• Implement loss‑prevention strategies to reduce damage, theft, or waste.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and timely replenishment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse management.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical abilities for accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Effective problem‑solving skills to address issues quickly.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to guide a team.
