Enterprise Account Executive – Financial Services & Insurance

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Enterprise Account Executive to generate new business and manage the full sales cycle for clients in the financial services and insurance sectors. The role focuses on pipeline creation, opportunity qualification, deal negotiation and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Conduct customer meetings, product demos and negotiate terms.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and regular reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology.
• Background in SaaS, insurance or financial services sales.
• Knowledge of AI‑powered sales tools (preferred).
