Sales Development Representative – Home Services

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Sales Development Representative to be the front‑line of our electrical services team. You will manage the entire front‑end sales pipeline, ensuring every customer inquiry receives a premium experience and that leads are converted into booked projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lead generation lifecycle, responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email.
• Drive revenue by following up on unsold estimates, overcoming objections and securing bookings.
• Collect and process project deposits (10%) directly within the CRM.
• Set and manage high‑quality appointments to optimize the technical team’s schedule.
• Act as the central dispatcher, coordinating technician schedules and updates through ServiceTitan.
• Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and pipeline stages.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Professional fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team‑player mentality and proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Reliability and punctuality, able to work during Los Angeles (Pacific Time) business hours.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle customer objections confidently.
• Prior experience in the home services or electrical industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume outreach via call, text, and email.
