Epoxy Technician – Jewelry Production

About the role

The Epoxy Technician will join Annoushka Jewellery’s production team in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Working on‑site full‑time, you will be responsible for preparing, mixing and applying epoxy resins to jewellery components, ensuring a durable and polished finish that meets the brand’s high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Measure and mix epoxy resins according to precise formulas and quality guidelines.
• Apply epoxy to small jewellery parts, monitor curing times and inspect finished pieces for defects.
• Maintain clean workstations and tools, and follow all safety and chemical‑handling procedures.
• Collaborate with designers and production staff to meet order deadlines.
• Document batch details and suggest improvements to the finishing process.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify imperfections.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity for fine, detailed work.
• Reliability and time‑management skills to meet production schedules.
• Effective communication and teamwork orientation.
