Executive Partner

About the role

TalentPop is seeking an Executive Partner to serve as the strategic right‑hand to its founders and senior leaders. This fully remote position supports high‑growth e‑commerce operations by streamlining executive workflows and driving key initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel to maximize executive efficiency.
• Act as the primary gatekeeper for email inboxes, triaging communications and prioritising critical messages.
• Lead special projects from conception through execution with a proactive, solution‑focused approach.
• Facilitate confidential liaison between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as an administrative or executive assistant supporting senior leaders.
• Clear, confident, and discreet communication style, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure, and ambiguous environment.
• Full‑time availability (40 hrs/week) during U.S. business hours.
• Reliable remote work setup with at least 25 Mbps internet and a personal PC/laptop (i5 or equivalent).
