About the role
The Food and Beverage Supervisor ensures the smooth operation of Hilton's food and beverage outlets, delivering an excellent guest and member experience while supporting the team to meet departmental targets.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of food and beverage outlets.
- Communicate and delegate tasks to team members.
- Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards.
- Handle guest queries promptly and efficiently.
- Represent the needs of the team to management.
- Assist management in achieving financial targets.
- Support training and development of staff.
- Participate in annual and mid‑year appraisals for team members.
- Adhere to hotel security, fire regulations, and health‑safety legislation.
- Promote environmental awareness.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
Required profile
- Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of food and beverage experience.
- Strong commitment to high‑level customer service.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work situations.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
