Graduate Role in Marketing, Accounting & AI

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is aimed at recent graduates in Marketing, Accounting or Artificial Intelligence. You will help promote Lamied’s AI‑native code editor to developers, support customer acquisition and retention, and contribute to product feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research on local and regional developer needs and assist in planning marketing campaigns.
• Engage with developers through outreach, lead management and customer service to ensure a positive user experience.
• Assist the finance team with tracking subscriptions, preparing simple financial reports and supporting budgeting activities under supervision.
• Collaborate with the technical team on AI‑related experiments, user behavior analysis and feature improvement.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills, fluent in English (Amharic is a plus).
• Academic background in Marketing, Accounting, Business, AI, Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic accounting knowledge, comfortable using spreadsheets or accounting tools.
• Interest in AI‑driven developer tools and the Ethiopian tech ecosystem, with willingness to learn about code editors and developer workflows.
