Group Reporting Supervisor – Finance

About the role

Under the supervision of the Entity Finance Manager, you will lead and coordinate group financial reporting activities across multiple entities. You will ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of trial balances, intercompany reconciliations, and reporting packages.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end closing, preparing the Group Trial Balance and related deliverables.
• Prepare and submit monthly group trial balances for several entities within set deadlines.
• Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions, including foreign‑exchange adjustments.
• Compile and submit quarterly group reporting packages to corporate accounting.
• Support the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide analytical insights to aid management decision‑making.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes and ensure timely documentation.
• Assist with statutory accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• ACCA or Chartered Accountant qualification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in finance, preferably within FMCG reporting.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
