Head of Traffic

About the role
Urban is seeking a Head of Traffic to lead the coordination of all active projects across the company. This hands‑on role focuses on planning, accountability, and ensuring timely delivery of production work.
Key responsibilities
- Track and monitor the status of all ongoing projects.
- Manage schedules, resources, and capacity planning.
- Lead weekly production meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential delays or bottlenecks early and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to maintain smooth workflow.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project, production, traffic, or operations management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
