Head of Whole School Creative Arts

About the role

The school is seeking an experienced and inspirational Head of Whole School Creative Arts to lead and develop a vibrant arts provision across all year groups.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate students and staff in creative arts across the whole school.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve a high‑quality creative arts curriculum.
• Lead the arts department, fostering collaboration with other academic teams.
• Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular programmes.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with a recognised teaching licence (PGCE, QTS, US licence, etc.).
• Relevant degree and teaching qualification in Creative Arts, Art, Music, Drama or related field.
• Proven experience teaching in an international or British curriculum environment.
• Leadership experience in creative arts provision is highly desirable.
