About the role

The school is seeking a modern foreign languages teacher to deliver French lessons to students in Years 5‑9, following the English National Curriculum.

Key responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, well‑structured French lessons for pupils aged 9‑14.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate the curriculum and support student progression to IGCSE and IB.

Required profile

Valid teaching licence (PGCE, QTS or equivalent US licence) and a degree, preferably in French or Modern Foreign Languages.
Commitment to safeguarding, child protection and a passion for international education.

Required skills

Excellent command of French, native or near‑native fluency.
Experience teaching French/MFL to the specified age range.
