About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources & Administration Supervisor to act as a key partner for both HR and operational functions. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter, detail‑oriented, and committed to fostering a positive, compliant, and productive workplace.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate company policies and regulations to staff and resolve employee inquiries.
  • Maintain personnel records, performance evaluations, and tenure documentation.
  • Ensure HR practices are legally compliant and aligned with best practices, coordinating with legal counsel as needed.
  • Produce accurate HR reports on headcount, hiring, attrition, diversity metrics, leaves, training, compensation changes, and case volumes.
  • Oversee administrative operations to promote efficient day‑to‑day functioning across the organization.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential matters, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

  • Recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Performance appraisal and employee relations.
  • Disciplinary procedures and HR recordkeeping.
  • Interpretation of employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  • HR reporting and analytics.
  • Advanced MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
