Influencer Marketing Specialist – Remote (E‑Commerce)

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive creator partnerships, affiliate growth, and customer engagement for our e‑commerce clients. The role is fully remote and ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced digital environments and enjoys building long‑term brand relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and evaluate influencers on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube based on engagement, content quality and campaign fit.
• Manage outreach and communication with creators via email, direct messages and collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate gifting campaigns, product shipments and maintain organized delivery records.
• Support affiliate and creator partnership programs using platforms such as TikTok Shop, Social Snowball, Impact or ShopMy.
• Monitor campaign timelines, deliverables and follow‑ups to ensure smooth execution.
• Organize user‑generated content campaigns and track usage rights.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables and partnership agreements as needed.
• Maintain detailed trackers, spreadsheets and reporting dashboards.
• Analyze performance metrics including engagement, reach, conversions and ROI.
• Provide light community engagement support through comments and direct messages.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce tools such as Shopify, TikTok Seller Center, Amazon or similar platforms.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Slack, Discord, Canva and AI tools in a remote setting.
• Strong written communication and professional relationship‑management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
