About the role
The Innovation and Research Officer will support Global Bank Ethiopia in developing innovative solutions and conducting research that enhances the bank's products, services, and operational efficiency. This position is based at the bank's Head Office.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the bank's innovation agenda by identifying emerging trends and opportunities.
- Assist in research projects that inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate research findings into actionable initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
