IT Project Senior Associate

About the role

The IT Project Senior Associate will support Inkomoko’s digital transformation agenda by independently managing low‑ to medium‑complexity projects and contributing to larger strategic programmes. Reporting to the Head of IT Projects (PMO) or a Senior Project Manager, the role bridges business and technology teams to deliver measurable outcomes while adhering to governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, execution, and governance for assigned initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders, facilitate communication, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance, track budgets, schedules, and resources, and produce regular status reports.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and ensure quality standards are met.
• Support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives that align with Inkomoko’s strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing low‑ to medium‑complexity IT projects.
• Ability to work independently while receiving guidance from senior project leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Understanding of project governance, risk, and quality management principles.
