About the role
Fortune newspaper, Ethiopia’s largest English weekly, is seeking enthusiastic junior reporters to join its editorial team and produce reliable content for print and digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Research, write and publish investigative articles, feature stories and analytical pieces.
- Produce five originally sourced news stories each week.
- Meet strict deadlines and communicate promptly with editors.
- Stay informed about the economic and business landscape.
Required profile
- Strong passion for journalism and a commitment to a career in the field.
- Willingness to work flexible hours in a fast‑moving environment.
- Fluent command of English with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking and ability to handle high pressure.
