Learning Specialist – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Learning Specialist to design and deliver specialized training programs for a global workforce. This remote contract position involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure educational content aligns with organizational goals. The role supports both technical and non‑technical audiences across the company and its partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update training materials for diverse audiences.
• Deliver virtual and in‑person training sessions to employees and external partners.
• Assess training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts to create accurate, engaging content.
• Maintain records of training participation and certification status.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in corporate training or education development.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex information clearly.
• Ability to tailor content for diverse learning styles and technical levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using authoring tools for e‑learning content creation.
