Maintenance and EHS Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance & EHS Manager to ensure the efficient operation of our Tulefa plant while upholding Saint‑Gobain’s world‑class environmental, health and safety standards. The role is full‑time onsite and works closely with production and R&D teams to meet industry and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor maintenance for mechanical, electrical and civil assets, including daily, weekly and monthly inspections.
• Develop and present preventive maintenance plans, manage spare‑part inventories and maintain the asset register.
• Oversee contractor activities, ensure compliance with Saint‑Gobain standards and control CAPEX budgets.
• Support engineering projects in mechanical and electrical disciplines, handling budgeting, spare‑part procurement and cost control.
• Implement EHS standards, conduct risk assessments, enforce LOTO procedures and lead daily safety inspections.
• Deliver safety training, manage PPE compliance and maintain audit‑ready EHS documentation.
• Apply 5S methodology, supervise machine cleaning and ensure pallet verticality and workspace cleanliness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in plant maintenance and EHS management within an industrial environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate with production, R&D and external contractors.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and reporting.
