Manager – Digital Media & Graphics Documentation (Senior)

About the role

The Bank is seeking two senior managers to lead its Digital Media Management Division and its Graphics and Documentation Division in Addis Ababa. Both positions will shape the Bank’s online presence, brand communication and visual content across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and monitor digital media strategies, online campaigns and social media activities.
• Oversee brand management, corporate communication and marketing communication initiatives.
• Lead graphic design, UX/UI, website and digital content creation.
• Manage audio‑visual production, photography and video documentation for promotional and reporting purposes.
• Supervise and develop the respective teams, ensuring consistent brand identity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, IT, etc.).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Master’s degree or professional training in related areas is an advantage.
