Manager People Systems and Analytics

About the role

The Manager People Systems & Data Analytics will report to the VP Talent and lead the management, optimisation and continuous improvement of Inkomoko's People systems across multiple countries. This role ensures the integrity, security and effectiveness of HR technology platforms while turning People data into actionable insights for strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the administration, optimisation and continuous improvement of People systems, including HRIS, ATS, performance‑management and learning platforms.
• Partner with IT and vendors to implement system enhancements, integrations and new technology solutions.
• Ensure systems are secure, user‑friendly and support business growth across all countries.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, workforce metrics and People reports.
• Analyse workforce trends and provide insights to support strategic decisions across recruitment, performance and retention.
• Champion digital transformation, workforce analytics and process improvement to enable a high‑performing, scalable People function.
