Marketing Intern

About the role

Sydek IT Solutions is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join its growth team in Addis Ababa. This is a hands‑on internship embedded in real go‑to‑market (GTM) operations, giving you direct exposure to how modern B2B companies acquire clients, build pipelines, and scale revenue across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day GTM activities and assist the leadership team with marketing initiatives.
• Learn and contribute to outbound sales and pipeline‑building frameworks.
• Help create and manage LinkedIn, email, and CRM‑based outreach campaigns.
• Participate in market research and analysis to inform growth strategies.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business, Marketing, Communications, or related program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Genuine interest in B2B marketing, growth strategy, and technology.
• Eagerness to learn outbound sales and GTM frameworks.
• Ability to work on‑site or in a hybrid setting from Addis Ababa.
• Self‑starter with attention to detail and a bias toward action.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn.
• Experience with email outreach tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
