Marketing Manager

About the role

Walta Technologies is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive business growth across Ethiopia. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Addis Ababa and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, and launch integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.
• Manage the marketing budget, track spend, and report on ROI.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using relevant metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing or management role, preferably within technology or GPS‑related products.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects.
