Marketing Supervisor

About the role

Hill Bottom Properties is looking for a creative, data‑driven Marketing Supervisor to own brand presence and lead‑generation across digital and physical touchpoints. Based in Addis Ababa, you will shape the company into Ethiopia’s most recognised real‑estate brand while managing a small creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, ensuring on‑brand, professional content.
• Develop monthly content calendars (finalised by the 25th of the prior month) and oversee content creation, scheduling, paid ads and community management.
• Lead Digital Marketers and Graphic Designers, directing creative output and performance.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) with weekly cost‑per‑lead monitoring.
• Define target markets for key projects (Block B, Block C, Kaza) and design segment‑specific campaigns.
• Create and maintain construction‑site branding packages, conducting monthly inspections.
• Organise at least two major promotional events per fiscal year, meeting defined lead‑generation targets.
• Prepare the annual marketing plan, weekly performance reports and track all leads in Odoo CRM, reallocating budgets to top‑performing channels each quarter.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 2 years managing social media for a brand.
• Proven track record with paid social advertising (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads) and measurable lead generation.
• Experience leading creative teams (designers, content creators, marketers).
• Preferably background in real‑estate, construction or property sectors.
