Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

About the role

Tewos Technology Solutions is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to act as the bridge between clients and the technical team. Based in Addis Ababa, this full‑time position will focus on gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring successful delivery of the company’s Project Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and developers.
• Collect, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Convert client needs into clear user stories and specifications for the development team.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement‑gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate project communications and keep all parties aligned.
• Monitor project progress, report risks and issues, and provide status updates.
• Support testing, user‑acceptance activities, and solution validation.
• Assist clients with onboarding, training, and adoption of the Project Management System.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis, client relationship management, or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements‑gathering techniques.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
