Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Internship

About the role

One Acre Fund is seeking two Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) interns for a 4‑6 month placement in Ethiopia. Interns will join the MEL team to support data‑driven decisions that improve farmer productivity and income.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and analyze primary data collected from farmers and market surveys.
• Develop visualisations and automated dashboards to communicate findings.
• Prepare actionable reports that inform program improvements.

Required profile

• Current or recent degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience handling large datasets and performing data cleaning.
• Proficiency in R or Stata for statistical analysis.
• Fluent English communication skills.
