Node.js Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Node.js Developer to join our client’s team on a contract basis. This remote position focuses on building and maintaining high‑performance server‑side applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise backend services using Node.js to support application functionality.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure system stability and performance.
• Integrate with databases and third‑party APIs to enhance application capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Node.js and JavaScript.
• Proven experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with MongoDB or PostgreSQL database systems.
• Comfortable working independently and solving complex problems.
