职位概况

负责在埃塞俄比亚亚的斯亚贝巴建立并维护与当地银行、金融机构及租赁公司的合作关系，设计并实施竞争性的融资与租赁产品方案，支持公司业务增长。

主要职责

与本地银行、金融机构及租赁公司建立并维护良好合作关系。
设计、谈判并实施具有竞争力的客户融资及租赁产品方案。
对潜在客户进行全面的信用风险评估与尽职调查。
在授权范围内审核并批准融资申请。
与销售团队紧密协作，提供融资解决方案以促进销售增长。
监控融资组合表现，并负责逾期账款的回收管理。

任职要求

财务、会计、商业或相关专业本科学历。
至少5年在东非地区银行、租赁公司或设备制造行业从事融资相关工作经验。
在坦桑尼亚本地金融领域拥有良好业绩记录及人脉网络。
精通信用风险管理与财务分析。
出色的谈判、沟通与表达能力。
必须流利掌握英语。
