About the role
The Operations Manager will oversee daily activities at Haile Resort and Haile Hotel, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction. This position reports to senior leadership and works closely with all operational departments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead operational teams and drive performance across the resort and hotel.
- Improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and control costs.
- Ensure quality standards are met and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop talent, coach staff, and build high‑performing teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within hospitality or a related sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
